Our
annual
Spring Concert will take place on Tuesday,
May 14th,
2013 at
7:00 p.m. in the Auditorium.
If a parent is
unable to attend
the evening show, we invite
you to join us
during our afternoon
show for the students
at 1:50 p.m.
For the evening performance musicians are expected to arrive
no earlier than 6:30 p.m. and no later than 6:45.
Boys should wear dress pants and a dress shirt. (Tie is optional)
Girls should wear a dress or a skirt.
I trust parents' opinions on what is appropriate concert attire.
I would like to see bright, spring colors.
***Many students ask what they should wear for the daytime show.
In the afternoon performance, students do NOT need to get all
dressed up. I would ask that the musicians wear a "half-way
decent" outfit. In other words, no old jeans or old t-shirts. Just
wear something that looks fairly nice that is not your dress-up clothes.

Once again the John Paterson Chorus has
been asked to lead off the opening ceremonies
for the Newington Relay for Life!
This year's Relay for Life will be Saturday, May 18th.
We will lead off the opening ceremonies at 2:30.
